Many adolescents and adults struggle to find their bearings and feel confident. Whether you're experiencing a traumatic event, need help managing anxiety, sleeping or improving relationships, you can learn to be a stronger “you.” Together, we will explore ways to improve your future; make life less exhausting and more fulfilling. And best of all -- treat yourself as a friend.
I integrate several approaches from compassion centered, somatic, cognitive behavioral, and existential theories. With a strong grounding in multicultural and systems-based counseling, I prioritize the client's lived experience. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinics, forensic settings, as well as community based mental health.
I believe that everyone has the right to pursue a peaceful and balanced life, and I see therapy as a valuable tool in this process. At Pastoral Counseling of Northern Virginia, I offer confidential online and in-person sessions at offices located in McLean and Manassas. Reach out to me with questions or to schedule a free phone consultation.
I provide ethical, evidence based therapy services at an affordable cost, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression or national origin.
